Phuket Thai Restaurant

Decided to try something new tonight and was not disappointed. Placed my order at 4:45 pm and it was hot and ready right on time when I arrived. I ordered the garlic udon w/chicken and the chicken satay bites. The noodles were great. Hefty serving so I have some leftover for later. The chicken satay bites were also great. I added them to a salad I had and it really hit the spot. I love that its so close by I can walk there and back and my food is still warm when I get home. Will definitely be back! The gentleman who answered the door was very nice. I didn't catch your name but keep up the good work!

Delicious, fresh, healthy at a fair price! I met the owner, Jackie. He totally gets it. For those who want healthy, plant based, hypoallergenic and truly delicious cuisine this is the place to go. The seafood was fresh, no fishy taste and the tender beef platter lives up to it's name. I had it for dinner last night; leftovers for breakfast with a scrabbles egg and again for lunch.

We came for a special occasion and I was very satisfied. The interior very cozy and neat with colorful decoration. We had the Tofu curry, it was yummy and just had the right amount of everything. The price very reasonable for dinning in and our server was very nice. I will come back again, highly recommended.

I placed an online order and upon ordering I knew it was going to take about 40 minutes. I proceeded to show up at the business 50 minutes later to find several patrons waiting outside. (PhuKet is currently discouraging patrons from entering their restaurant and calling upon arrival.) I told the man in charge of orders who I was and his reply was, “Oh no. Not ready. We have about 40 orders.” I asked how long it was going to be, and he must have forgot because I never got an answer. No big deal. They’re busy. So after waiting an additional 30 minutes, he finally brought out my order. I got home only to find my glass noodle soup and chicken in it…an add on I did not ask for and I actually have an autoimmune disease that prevents me from being able to properly digest poultry. I ordered it plain. No add ons…for this very reason. I was so tired and hungry- I just dumped it. Maybe I should have checked before I left, but I felt weird opening my bag in front of others who arrived before me and were still waiting for their order. The main point is…this isn’t the first time this has happened. My spouse and I ordered a couple months back and it order took again far longer than promised (that time we called). It’s a shame because they used to have amazing food and service. They were a secret jewel of Wakefield. There are so many new businesses that have take out in the area and surrounding towns, we will be finding a place that is just more organized and more attentive.

I ordered a takeout from them today to support local business. My husband and I were shocked to see Lunch Beef basil portion..it was so little for $14 with additional 10 % service fee on your entire order. Other dishes were ok. So, I called the place to inform about portion.. the guy on the phone was not even sorry .. instead he told me beef cost $9 per lbs or so.. worst place to order.. very bad customer service. I feel like rip off from them..
