Bad service came for a iced coffee had a free one with rewards app got told I cant use it! Went to greggs in trinity and they said you can. Maybe hire staff who know what they're doing
Came in here with my crying 3 month old needing some hot water to make a bottle, the larger woman refused and gave me cold water instead. We’ve gotten hot water from multiple greggs beforehand, and thankfully managed to get some from the greggs in trinity.
Asked if they did a gluton free option,to get a direct No from a snotty member of staff,even tho on there website they say they do! Won't be going back.
