Panera Bread

In most cases, it's not my first go-to when I'm thinking of a quick place to eat or even for a dine-in meal. But it's not necessarily because of anything I like or dislike about Panera. I'll happily agree that they have some very good options and can prepare a thoroughly satisfying meal, however, my reason for the 4 stars is mainly because not one of the many Paneras that is out there serves everything they claim to. It's almost impossible finding things like lobster bisque or even the clam chowder and I'm a huge soup enthusiast (excuse the term). So if you're looking for something that you found at your local grocer, chances are they're not gonna have it available at the local Panera.

Spent $5 on a supposed cup of chicken noodle and got a cup of chicken broth with one noodle. Also my salad container was about half full for $7. I hate ordering to go from here because it’s such a hit or miss, but usually a miss unfortunately because whoever is managing the orders is being pretty stingy with how much food they give. You should get the same exact amount of food as you would if you were to go and eat inside...especially since you’re paying the exact same price. Thanks the bare minimum!! Won’t be returning.

Sometimes they are spot on and get my order perfect and then there are times....not so much. I almost (never had an issue elsewhere) always go to the Wallingford location so this review is specifically for them. I usually get the the turkey avocado blt. Like I said half the time it's spot on but the other half the avocado is MIA! Sometimes the bacon is MIA! And damn if they both weren't MIA!! Come on people, that's the only reason I order this sandwich! If your out of ingredients, I can understand that and will order something different. But when I go to bite in and things ate missing, not cool!! Tell us and we will make the decision, it's so much better than the disappointment!!🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️

Came to Panera in Wallingford tonight for dinner. I went through the drive-through and ordered a salad and mac and cheese. I pull off to eat to look in the bag and see i have no utensils to eat with. So i park to go inside and their dining room is closed due to low staff, so I had to go back through the drive-through and wait for 20 minutes unable to eat, to get utensils. I’ve never had problems with this Panera, but lately they have been getting sloppy. I get the low staff, but how do you give food & no utensils to eat with?

Love it, clean social distancing and very sanitary have sanitizer everywhere! Awesome! It is now 2022 and Panera has Jylusdet an outstanding perspective on customer service. She was very professional and help me and my wife ordering making a enjoyable experience. Thank you for making her an employee that I believe she should be recognized for. Simply the best because it's who you first meet in a restaurant that sets the tone and she was right on key. AWESOME THANKS SO MUCH
