I honestly have nothing bad to say about the Lord nelson pub. We went for a meal for my husbands 30th birthday and the staff were friendly and just amazing glad getting the food out quickly and they went above and beyond making my husbands birthday that little bit more special. The food was delicious and loads to choose from, something for everyone and not expensive and quality was great. Thank you to all the staff!

Another brilliant meal at the Nelson. Since the refurb it really has turned itself around. Chloe and her staff are just amazing. Food was brilliant and the table service is just great. So nice to have our local pub back up to high standards for food and service.

Not been to The Lord Nelson for a while because the food was not great. Went last night for an impromptu meal on the way home from work and OMG! New chef, new Manager. I had mussels and chips. Absolutely fantastic!! Lovely big portion, chips cooked to perfection. Lovely bit of bread all for £13.49. absolutely will be back.
