Really nice surprise from a nice lady called Ishita from Watford Caffe this morning. She was extremely nice and did her best to make us feel good and enjoy our scones ( which weren’t ready when we arrived) . Great job Ishita !!!! Keep it like this and give a good example to all your colleagues!

Love an M&S café oat milk latte. Staff are pleasant and friendly nomatter how busy it gets.

I stop by to eat here often. Sometimes at noon the queue is very long. But there was enough seating. Coffee was good, hot chocolate was great. The food is not very high quality. But it's reasonable for the price and for sure I'll be back.
