It was our first time here and we liked it a lot! The fish was fresh, the menu had a lot of options, all of them looked delicious, the portions weren't perfect, not huge, nor small, just perfect. The flavors where on point. The staff are not the typical pleasant waiters, but they do the job. The prices were good and adequate to the portions. We were happy with our meals. We will surely come back!

Me and a friend randomly went here for lunch/dinner. We didn't like sushi its alot of sushi options but we both tried something new. Wasn't bad. Nice chill spot. (I got spicy pork soup) ramen

Love being able to support local business. Great food, they accommodate dining in order change requests and never not friendly.
Everything is super fresh especially sushi
Crab appetizer is a fav of my kid. The chicken dumplings outstanding good. Ramen soups good flavors, cut rolls good and they have soy paper.
We have been at various times of day and each time good
The reason for not a 5. To not have for lemonade or non canned drinks to charge full price for each refill is not a plus with all the ice and such as well.

This is the best sushi place I have been to in Palm Beach County. The wasabi does not taste like regular commercial wasabi... it was NUTTY and way more spicy (delicious)!!! OMG, we ordered red bean mochi as well and it tasted like home made. It was sooooooo soft with the perfect texture. A lot of Asian restaurants only serve fake crab but not Shingo's. We had the Dirty Old man and the Ex Girlfriend rolls if I remember correctly (and miso soup - gotta have miso). It was perfect and SO fresh!!!!

I would love to give them 5 stars because their food is excellent. However, their customer service is terrible. Our server was not polite at all. When we arrived we were the only ones in the restaurant and it took him over 5 minutes to come and greet us and when he did he seemed annoyed that we asked about certain drinks. Over all the food is good but the service is subpar.

Super friendly staff! Food is fresh and tasty, and it looks quite beautiful. They offer several different ramen and it is pretty on point, and I would say probably the best in the area. Ordered out during the quarantine. Food got delivered beautiful as if eating in the resturant

We ordered sushi rolls and udon soup. The soup was average. We didn’t eat the sushi rolls. I wish I had listened to one of the previous reviews about the taste and portion size. The woman working front of house was very nice, but they did not adequately handle the situation when I called to let them know.

Small place, so some limited seating on busy days... but have had great service during each visit, and would highly recommend if you're looking for good ramen, sushi, &/or sashimi
