Mcdonald's

I'm tired of lousy attitudes and messed up orders from this McDs. It used to be super fast, friendly, and rarely a mistake - you know, how it should be, but not anymore. They are renovating the interior right now, I hope they renovate the crew too. It takes ALOT for me to complain, especially about fast food, but this place has been pathetic lately and on a scale this big, it's obvious it begins with management. Ugh.

I wish I could give a zero for the service I've received today. I've been going to this McDonalds for years, and always received great customer service here until today. I ordered a quarter pounder plain, and said it twice. Apparently, somebody didn't hear it, so, when I paid and got my receipt, I saw it wasn't. The guy at the window said, no problem, I'll let them know. But, when I went to the pickup window, they still gave me wrong order, and told, if I want it plain, I need to go inside. I did, and the young lady named Maya, immediately accused me that I didn't tell them. I said I did twice, but she continued talking to me in a very rude manner. I asked to talk to the manager, and she said she is the one. Unbelievable. I called the corporate office and filed the complaint, and I will warn anybody I know not to go to that McDonalds until they retrain their employees.
