Delicious food!!! Don't miss out on the pork chile dinner and you've gotta try out the Fideo. Chips and the most amazing salsa you've ever had are waiting for you. Yum!!! 5*****

There is finally a place in Wellington that knows how to cook breakfast. I was not expecting it to be as good as it was. The biscuits and gravy were some of the best I've had. I didn't need to add salt, pepper, or anything else to them. The pancakes were light, fluffy and full of flavor and the bacon was delicious! I would highly recommend El Chile Verde to any looking looking for a great meal.

The food was so bland and nasty no flavor. The meat for the tacos dont even have seasoning. Not worth the price for the taste of the food. The server was nice. They need to get someone in there bthat can cook mexican food properly.

Always great food, whether we order in or take out. Everyone is super friendly. It is wonderful having a restaurant here in town that we can count on every time! Plus my 87 year young mom loves your tacos!

Eat there with a friend a couple of days ago and the food was great. The owner even came over to check and be sure everything was ok. It was some of the best Mexican food I have ever eaten. Our waitress was very helpful and courteous. She helped us with our selections being as we were from out of town. I would diffidently go back and have recommended it to several of my friends.

Awesome waitress. Good food, but portions were a lot smaller than I expected. I left hungry for a small town breakfast place. I had the taco omelet meal. That's the only meal I can refer to in this review.

Updated and Demoted from a 4 star review from a few years ago. This isn't remotely similar to the food they used to serve. Food temp was cold and flavor was nonexistent. I was so embarrassed to bring a friend after hyping them up. Neither of us could finish our meals.

This is the best Mexican Food Restaurant in Wellington and well worth stopping off the interstate to eat. The service is great, the food is very good and presentation of the food is very good. It's very clean and has a nice atmosphere. I had the Chimichanga which had beef chicken and pork and it was very good! Prices are very reasonable. I paid $8 for my meal which included rice and pico de gallo, lettuce and guacamole.
