Dog Tracks Diner

Stopped in Wellington bc my stomach said Eat. Glad I did! I had Holly as my waitress and I needed an upbeat personality at the end of this long day. She had one for sure. Much appreciated it. Reviews here at Dog Tracks are well earned and accurate. Plenty of food and reasonable prices especially for the quality and taste. I had the Spaghetti and Meatballs. Came with four peaces of garlic toast, a salad (a big salad) and I chose carrots as my vegetable. Everything was on point! Carrots soft and stayed warm through the meal, Meatballs were large and tasted good, and the sauce was plentiful and and quite good. All in all, a very nice visit here in Wellington. Customer service was lacking. Arrived an hour before close time and it was made apparent that we were a burden. Thought the business might be appreciated with Donny's opening, but apparently not the case. Working in retail I understand everyone wants to go at quitting time, but if you want returning guests, you make them feel welcomed.

To the guy who said the female drive thru worker was obviously drunk! Did you ever stop and think that maybe she is exhausted from working from open to close 6 days a week because she would like to keep the business she works for open, because there are no workers! She spends all her time away from her family for the past 2 years at work to try to help keep customers happy. So before you assume that she was drunk because she almost dropped something you should stop and think about things like that!
