The location here usually has courteous employees. The food is decent and when served fresh cooked, it’s usually piping hot. I have gotten iced tea here lately and enjoyed every flavor variation. The window usually has speedy service, though the car line can be a long wait.

One of the girls working the morning shift on 5/22/22 was completely rude. We get the same thing every single day from this location and for some reason our order was $5 more. We asked why and she basically screamed at us asking. Everytime we go to this aromas we always get extra changed when it's her. There's one man that works here that I LOVE running into. He's always so cheerful, smiling and happy. He always makes my day when I run into him!!

it was bleak day recently in the midst of the boy's newest crisis. 40 hours, no sleep. pulled through aroma joe's for caffeine. i was a hot mess. i held up the line. to the man behind me, thank you for not being a jerk. to the man in front of me who wound up buying me lunch, a thousand blessings--your name is written on my heart. coffee and kindness flowing here in abundance, my friends, at aroma joe's in wells. food for the body. food for the soul.

Love this place!! Found it with four days left of our vacation. The staff in Wells is awesome!!! Wish we had one of these out where I live. I would go here everyday over DD and Starbucks.

Super unprofessional service - we could hear the ladies working complaining about us (because we were both in line) my husband was behind me and didn’t realize that I was just ordering for him and my daughter - the parking and area to maneuver is pretty tight. It wasn’t busy. There was no line… super classy, way to keep it professional. 🤦🏼♀️

Nothing is more irritating then waiting in a long line only for your order to constantly be wrong…The amount of times I have ordered a bagel and gotten the wrong spread at this location is unbelievable. Then to have to go back and get the correct item and never get an apology! If you only want to hand out cream cheese for every bagel then maybe they should make that the only option.

Frankly I don't understand how this business model can survive. This drive-through coffee stand is painfully slow. In fact, in the 30 minutes we were waiting in line for two cups of coffee we saw two cars cut out of the line and leave (probably to go to Dunkin Donuts a half mile down the road). The coffee was reasonably priced and "okay" if you like Starbucks-style coffee, but no cup of coffee is worth a half-hour wait.
