Just left after being shorted money and the little blonde manager shouldn’t roll her eyes at people. Don’t like your job? QUIT. No need to show how much you hate your job and your customers. Disgusting. The other girl at the window was very sweet though, I won’t let that one miserable manager reflect on the other employees that probably get treated just as badly.

23 minutes from credit card charge at indoor kiosk to deliver of 10 piece nuggets and fries at 2pm on Saturday july 3... STAY AWAY!!!! tourists you are completely not welcome at all. I just read a corporate gobbledygook response from McDonald's saying of course we care about the negative comments on here... but they aren't sufficiently specific for us to coach any employees the implication to that response is that it is always some employee that needs coaching and that it couldn't possibly be a systemic issue with a franchisee who is trying to chronically understaff his restaurant... especially in a tourist area where they don't depend on repeat business so franchisee... please dispute... are these very specific numbers something you planned? how do you stack up to other stores? can you defend the fact that there are numerous other similar complaints about you here on google? what do you say about the 7 or 8 other customers who were also waiting laughing at the absurdity of this

Good service. The food is, well, McDonald's. My daughter loves McDonald's pancakes. I am not a fan of the new appearance of McDonald's. Update: Day after.... Christmas, 2020; First time I have ordered with McDonald's App and it went well. My breakfast order was correct and was delivered carside in the time the app said it would take. Friendly service. The food is still McDonald's, but, they were open, the ☕ coffee was good and we wanted pancakes 🥞! Just not as bad as the guy from the "Fargo" movie 🎥. Wifi works at curbside pickup parking area. Dine in no longer available. Facemasks required inside.

They are pretty much all the same....except this one has ALOT of bad reviews for service, plus with the "No Loitering" Sign they certainly project a bit negative costumer Service right from beginning. When I visited, my food was good and no one was standing over me "timing" my stay. So I guess that a plus. Lose the signs, guys.

THEY WOULD RATHER HAVE THEIR CLIENTS DIE IN THE PARKING LOT THEN USE THE RESTROOM!!!!! So while traveling in ME my kidney stones started acting up and I tried to go to the bathroom in the McDonald’s and was told by this guy very rudely that I could not go to the bathroom even though I had kidney stones and he said that they don’t have enough staff and I said well do you guys clean your bathroom and he said yes I said so then what’s the difference if I use the bathroom because it’s a medical emergency I have kidney stones and he said too bad goodbye very rudely he thought he used his washcloth and he dismissed me he was unprofessional and absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever had! He refused to even give his name which I believe is company policy that you have to give your name if I asked! Now it’s making me rethink going to any McDonald’s!
