I felt violated. Fries tasted like burnt oil and oozed on my tongue (that’s after getting it “fixed” by the manager). Wait for something better. They clearly gave up. There’s a diner and Iron Skillet on the other side of the freeway; and the iron skillet was faster than this McDonald’s (that’s saying something).

Whenever you go there, there is no one to help you. They're always busy with themselves. Zero customer service. Its better they close but not waste people's time.

It's a truck stop. Has a McDonald's in it. It's about what you would expect from either one. The employee working during my visit was kind enough and got my order quickly.

New management which has not gone well. Ridiculously long drive thru lines, staff that say the new management doesn't have a clue. Orders are not right and then you get an attitude by the employee.

I bought a hot mochs coffe and it was delicious. I used the drive thru. The clerk and the server had big smiles. That made my day.

I placed an order on the app and when my husband d got there he was just brushed aside and told there's no mobile orders. We paid and had a code from the app to pull up the order request. They were impatient and rude and didn't try to run the code. Just kept telling him that they didn't have any new orders. They need people who can cope and lead through confusion. I am calling corporate to make certain its canceled and am going elsewhere.
