Lovely seafood restaurant in the harbour area. Only opens April to October.
Portland crab sandwich was beautiful. And prices reasonably compared to what you would pay in London for the same.
Definitely a go to place for lunch.
A lovely little hole in the wall, brilliant for people watching on the harbour. I highly recommend the Poole harbour oysters, almost too big to fit in one bite and the best tasting I've ever had! The lobster roll/brioche bun was also devoured in minutes. Friendly staff and quick service. Being small they don't have a toilet on site, but the public toilets aren't far from being on the corner. We were able to nip back before our drinks had arrived.
Did not disappoint! Oysters so fresh and delicious that even our 10year old son tried them for the first time and didn’t stop at one!!
Wanted to head back there the following day for more but ran out of time!

One of the best place in town to eat fresh sea food. It's an amazing street food place and an amazing concep selling seafood mainly from Wayfish, the old fish market. It's definitely a must try while in Weymouth.
We had some lovely food from Hatch on the harbour, I couldn't fault the food one bit. Absolutely incredibly fresh and sooo tasty! However we were a little taken aback by the older waitresses sarcastic comments. We placed an order, roughly £100 worth of food. My partner wanted a small plate of fish and chips on the side, just to try it. We asked the waitress if we could have the kids cod and chips on the side (only cod on the menu) to then be told "no that's for children only if you read it properly" we said yeah we read it, it usually just means its a smaller portion right? The response we got was a scoff, eyeroll and "no its for children only, this is a seafood restaurant" .. I know we've just ordered 2 whole lobsters, and almost everything else on the menu!! 🤣 other than this it is a lovely place to eat and the other waitress was really friendly and approachable, just such a shame about the attitude we recieved! Sounded like she was from America so possibly a culture/language barrier, coming across as rude without intending to.
We visited this little place on the 23rd June. The menu was small but the food that they had on offer was excellent. We all had the Hake with some Potato dish. The fish was perfectly cooked and extremely tasty. The potato dish was very nice with a sauce that had so much flavour. The staff were also attentive to our needs. I will visit again and recommend to others. PS - check the timings as it does get busy!
Excellent experience and great location for people-watching. We came because the whole street was packed and the street food concept here made it fast and easy for us (family of 5).
We ordered the scallops, lobster, oysters, brioche roll and pad thai. My 3yr old loved the pad thai which was served with the chilli spice on the side.
The public toilet situation was clearly explained and we dined around 6pm so had no issues.
Separately I left an item of clothing behind which Luke went out of his way to return to me so I am in love with the service mentality here ❣️
Very nice place with very good street seafood. Good service and a nice View at the habor.
Wow, three, perfectly cooked huge scallops, all with the coral on a bed of spicy rocket dressed with yummy Salsa Verde. At £10 a portion, the price reflects the quality.
Very simple place to have very fresh oysters
