What a revelation! Excellent customer care: the mere question CAN I HELP YOU, seeing us struggling to figure out what to choose, filled our hearts with warmth. A young gentleman at the till, with a welcoming genuine smile went beyond his average duty & made us feel welcome: he was attentive, professional & kind. We decided to enjoy the burgers in a cafe, having had an amazing experience. Thank you for the milk served with my delicious aromatic strong coffee

Admittedly a Sunday evening, but an absolute pleasure to come and dine in here ! The place is spotless , spacious and the staff welcoming and very helpful! Jaydon who served me, assisted me in ordering at the kiosk to access my loyalty code rather than ordering at the til. We ordered two whopper menus( one plant). Both arrived in minutes and Jaydon brought them directly to our table ! Both meals were piping hot and after a freezing walk around the lighthouse at Portland Bill, they were much appreciated! Amazingly too, even in these times of “salad famine”, they were packed with tomato and lettuce !!! 😊 Good parking and also fab accessible loo! 10/10 for this experience. You have a great team working here tonight Burger King !👍🏆

Daughter wanted to try the halloumi burger here but they don't serve it anymore but as she's flexitarian was happy to have chicken nuggets. My son is vegetarian and had the meat free whopper; he fancied the chicken burger however as it's classed as vegan, the ordering screen doesn't allow you to choose a non-vegan drink (which is most of them!). Food tasted nice enough and more filling than a McDonald's however the ordering screens could be improved (would order at the till but no-one was there).
