I ordered two portions of cod and chips on Thursday for delivery at 4-00 on Friday these arrived on the dot a quick joke about the days bad weather. We really enjoyed the meal and as this is the first time we have had food from them I would recommend them to anyone , first class food , friendly staff . Thank you very much .

I visited this delightful little chippy as I was staying nearby for the Whitby Goth Weekend. The service was excellent, and the lovely ladies who run this place are friendly and welcoming. I had a large haddock and chips for £10 which was an absolute bargain as the fish was huge and there were ample chips to share between two of us. Plus the chips were perfect, not too thick and not too thin. We will definitely be stopping by for a bite to eat again next time we're in Whitby

The fish and chips from the railway chippy are some of the best I have had on the north east coast I have only lived in filey for thirty years so trust me the standard is high ,go for the haddock it's the best
