This place was amazing and a real standout among the different locations of this chain.
It was aesthetically decorated and the staff always greeted us with a big smile. Not to mention the traditionally tasting pasties and delicious pastries which were always consistent and tasty.
The coffee was a hit too!
Cafe side is tiny with only a few seats, but there’s lots to take away. Pastries and scones are fabulous and freshly baked. Cornish pasties are tasty but could do with having more filling.
We bought some pastries as it was reduced at the end of the day.
They were ok but not hot at all (I realise they are reduced for a reason but would had thought they would be on a heating plate or something).
Lots of options in the day time though and seems nice
Just came across this lovely bakery and it fully amazed me! The coffee is really nice, and we ordered a raspberry white chocolate bread? And it was so good that we went back to try other things, and every other things we ordered were just delicious ! Will definitely recommend my friends to visit this place 😀
We had a chicken Marsala pasty and a traditional pasty. The chicken Marsala was a delightful change. The traditional was every bit as good as being in Cornwall. The Cornish pudding was new for us and we highly recommend you try it. We need a recipe to make this at home!
Walked around Whitby feeling hungry. Didn't really have time to visit a restaurant and looked for a quick bite.
This bakery here has cornish pasty, scones, sweet and savoury pastries and more.
Had a bacon/leek/cheese pasty to go. It was generously stuffed, a hot, crispy and fluffy pasty. Nice flavours. Nice mix of all ingredients and perfectly spiced. Priced at 4.30£ a fair deal. Other items sure looked good too.
We stopped in at The Cornish Bakery just before closing time and had a delightful interaction with the two people running the shop. We picked up a Cornish Pasty and 8 pastries. If the rest are anything like the three we tried we hit the jackpot. Everything was fresh and delicious. This place is definitely worth a try.
I had the chicken tikka pasty and took it on the Cleveland Way with me - most scenic lunch ever!

Excellent experience whilst visiting Whitby this weekend, absolutely made our stay, delicious coffee and excellent selection along with fantastic customer service must mention a super young man who took care of us personally - Greg. Highly recommended
