came in simply to order a hot chocolate, was served by a lovely girl (i belive her name was christina) she was very friendly and prepared my drink in a speedy manner. even stopped to ask about milk options and wished me a happy new year. lovely service.

Massive thanks to the team on 26/11/22 at the Winnal location who stayed open a few extra minutes to serve a very cold and wet ambulance crew just about to start a night shift! We always come to this location when we get 5 mins before shift as the staff are always lovely!

Just came in, used the toilet, that was the cleanest costa bathroom I have used in the last 10 years. Magdelena was working 10/10, coffee was lovely and had a friendly interaction.

Perfect to grab a cup of coffee from if you're on the M3. Just a slight little detour and you can have a coffee on the go. Use the Costa app to build them beans up to get free drinks!

This Costa is a drive though which means they have shut the store entirely, you still may order on the app and collect in store but you cannot actually enter store past the door. This was a very easy process and allowed for extremely easy social distancing. In all, a great experience.
