Just Good Food

While walking around Windermere, we just stumbled across this place, and what a good decision it was to try it! We went for a Black pudding quesadilla and a Bandito Brunch, and wow! The quesadilla was 11/10, the Burrito was a 10. Sorry for the half eaten quesadilla picture, we don't normally take pictures of food, but we needed a memory of this one! Service was amazing, the place is small but cozy and cute. Food incredible, and everyone was leaving with a smile on their faces! Also dog friendly! So +++!

What a lovely little place to dine in good Mexican food! The place was warm and cozy with great vibes and music. The nice lady who served us was amazing, warm, and friendly. We ordered vegan burritos and it was delicious. A must-try place for anyone looking for a good restaurant in Windermere. Check their timings as it varies for the day of the week. They are open in the afternoons and close early evenings. Sundays are closed.

We came here for lunch on a Friday and my veggie partner ordered the cauliflower burrito and I got the caramelised carrot quesadilla (vegan). We also got hasselback potatoes to share and jarritos to drink. The flavours were interesting and amazing - the only thing was that both the carrot and the cauliflower were a bit undercooked and crunchy in the middle. The staff were great though and we loved that we could have as much hot sauce as we liked to try. The hasselback potatoes were really good. It’s also nice to see so many veggie AND meat options on one menu. We’d come back for sure!

Me & my partner absolutely love this place! If you love mexican food then you HAVE to try Banditio Burritio if you are near Windermere!! We haven't had a dish yet that we haven't enjoyed, delicious food, great atmosphere, lovely staff; very friendly and get to know you so they can suggest things you may like. Quick service, food is served hot and reasonably priced! Be warned the foot is very filling, first time we came we had nachos to start and then burritos and could barely move afterwards 🤣 The burritio bowl is great for anyone that is GF and it's really filling! Eating here is a must whenever we come to Windermere!

What a great little spot nestled away in Windermere. A small shop, but it gives a big welcome from the smell of the food and the friendliness of the staff. I entered and I was greeted with a friendly face and shown to my table. I chose the spicy beef brisket burrito bowl and my partner the chicken and chorizo bowl. This was some of the best mexican food I have ever eaten. We paired it with a popular mexican soda which had so many flavours. Our waitress helped us choose a great flavour and it went down a treat. I can highly recommend this place to anyone looking to grab either a quick bite to eat, or a sit-down meal surrounded by traditional mexican artwork you can buy (I think local artists) and the buzz of the open kitchen.
