This is one of those simple cafes that knows what it’s doing. They serve hot, fresh food at extremely reasonable prices. Just over £20 for two hot chicken bacon and cheese baguettes with salad and chips, and two lovely lattes to go with it. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive also. Highly recommend.
Very welcome vegan breakfast - one of the only places in Windermere that does proper vegan sausages and doesn't offer falafel or somesuch as a breakfast option. Friendly staff, good prices.

Abfab, very friendly staff anf great food. We had a bowl of homemade chunky veg soup with cheese scone. Chunky veg it certainly was with a great flavour. Plus huge pot of tea for 2.
