Nice place close to Windsor 🏰 , a little bit dark and not the warm atmosphere usual at Starbucks. The staff does not smile, but they were new to this job, so I can understand why.

Great coffee!! great cake and the service is excellent. Clean and tidy, we waited for a table as a family were leaving and Tom the Manager, came out and cleared it immediately for us, wiped it down and dashed back to continue serving (after washing his hands). The staff here are lovely, we are regulars and I cannot quite believe some of the negative comments, though given this is a very busy Starbucks I happy to have a little bit of patience for busy, friendly and courteous staff at busy periods. Went in today with issues on the app, I’m in there quite often! I asked if there was anything they could do as my order hadn’t come through but it had taken the money. The guy behind the counter told me, he recognises me enough and made my drink for me!! Made my day!💖 always great service in this store!!
It was soo cozyy and actually cheaper then evere usuall starbucks
I went there yesterday. Even though we have soaring temperatures the staff were cool, calm and collected. My order was deliciously made and served. I really do think they need a pay rise to cope with the traffic of customers and the soaring heat.
Always lovely staff; been a regular for months and always nice to see them remember your name and order and even occasionally give you an extra bakery treat on the house. Their quality and respect to customers clearly shows through!
I had ordered Starbucks via Just eat and the order was partly delivered due to the drivers hastiness.
Went to Starbucks Windsor to pick up the part order and met Tom who not only was very apologetic but even redid the order and gave it to me. I I requested to order something else whilst I was there but as a goodwill gesture did not charge me for it.
Not writing this because he dint charge me for the extra but complimenting for his humble respectful gesture 5. star Tom and thank you very much indeed a kind man.
