Mcdonald's

Quick service despite peak half term traffic. Got my teenagers and their friends their meals without any hitches or glitches. Reflected on whether I was raising them properly. Remembered I ate a lot of McDonald's when I was young. Questioned the meaning of life, debated inwardly why I was in a fast food chain on a Saturday lunchtime, looked at the other adults there and got a strong sense they were doing the same. You don't go to McDonald's for the atmosphere, so no score there.

Popped in at 19:30 for dinner en route to Cornwall. Drive thru tailed back as expected so went in and sat down to order from table service. Place was packed and orders were trickling out. Just wanted to say Cheers to Robert. Really helpful with a forgotten order and I didn’t see him stop working once in the space of 40 minutes or so. If he wasn’t taking orders out he was cleaning tables and emptying bins. People like that don’t get enough appreciation so just wanted to say thanks. I hope the manager of this branch sees this and gives Robert a personal thank you and he feels like he’s earned it. Keep up the top work

Amongst the best McDonald's we've been to. This restaurant like many others has been updated with the touch screen ordering. We ordered two breakfast meals to eat in and had them brought to our table in around five minutes. All the items were hot, well cooked and tasty. Very enjoyable. Although a bit busy we got a window booth. There's also a decent sized outdoor seating area too. The restaurant was clean and so were the toilets. Parking is fairly good. Only one side long, but a fair few spaces. Many people who go here use the drive through instead. That has two lanes, with a 2.7m height restriction. Service was brisk and things kept moving well. The two staff we spoke to were cheerful and helpful. We'll be very happy to go here again.
