We got served by Joe S and he provided such friendly service. Made us feel extremely welcome and had a conversation with us and took the time out to make us feel comfortable and made sure we enjoyed our meal and that everything was okay for us. Definitely gave us 5 Star service.

Really lovely place to dine, my partner and I had never been before so we were stuck on what to order. Georgia our server went above and beyond to help us, suggesting dishes for us to share and she was bang on, the food was incredible. It’s so nice to go somewhere where the staff care, Georgia was an incredible help and really made our visit special - rare to find these days! Thanks so much - we will be back!

This was the first time I visited Turtle Bay. I absolutely love this restaurant, from the authentic food to the wide selection of drinks. I am unable to travel because of health problems but Turtle Bay brought the Caribbean to me, with the music, vibes and Goat curry. A big shout out to Emily and team, I couldn't ask for better service. I will be back soon.

The staff was amazing and so attentive. The food was mind-blowing. It's been ages since we had such delicious and soulful food. Everything was cooked to perfection. Our palate couldn't just cope with the variety of flavours in the dishes. The best ever for cocktails. Can't fault anything. Thank you Georgia for being amazing.

First night in York and our friendly waiter (Samm) was very kind.
He helped explain the curry goat hash which was superb!
He Recommended the banana cheesecake and some rum 's to complement. He was very knowledgeable and attentive, Thank you Samm for a great first evening .

Alex was our server, and was so great during our stay, no request was inconvenient and we felt so welcomed and looked after by all the staff. The food and drinks were also absolutely amazing. And £70 ish (£30/£40 per person) for a 2 starters, 2 mains, a side of mac and cheese, a pudding and 6 cocktails is really good value. Will definitely be returning soon with friends.

We had a delicious meal here.
Our servers were Arwen and Alex and they were so lovely and attentive, we couldn't have asked for better.
The food was absolutely delicious, it felt so healthy even though it was so naughty.
The cocktails were gorgeous, and properly made. Plus 2 4 1 which is always a bonus!
