Used to love this chinese as the (silk cottage) it has just recently changed hands and the food was horrible , i will not be using this vhines under new ownership

Tried for the first time last night.Very impressed food was really clean tasting not greasy and the kind lady gave me some free samosas which were lovely.Would use again and highly recommend.

Always great food at a reasonable price. Really clean place and they font use MSG. Also non of this cheap chicken or generic meat. Service is great and always chatty. I travel across York for the takeaway, passing dozens of others. Cant find another place like it in York.

HK chinese cooking is the best. The owner is very friendly and the kichen is very clean. We all enjoyed the food so much - thank you! Highly recommend this take away!
