Delicious food! Great friendly service and fast pick up. Great value for money too. Especially fantastic kung poh beef and also got some free mustard chicken wings which were very tasty.

Wow now I’m sooo fussy with Chinese and Dubious as york sucks for a decent one! this was absolutely the best Chinese in york based in tang hall and one on tang hall lane normally rated the best (hit and miss)

Chicken curry very nice slightly spicy lots of chicken.
King prawn Chow Mein (skinny noodles, not my go to but preferred chunky, yummy and prawns fresh and perfectly cooked with fresh veg! Huge portion.
Spring rolls (flavoursome and a huge size you get 2)
Spicy chilli chicken was one of the nicest in a long time. (Soooo much chicken)
Chicken fried rice (was a big portion)
Chips as a side for chilli chicken (propper chop shop) all for £39 left over for tomorrow!

I get takeaway deliveries from here weekly. Chinese food absolutely delicious. Fresh vegetables and lots of meat. They give lots of chips. Staff are lovely and delivery drivers are great. Highly recommend the char sui pork dishes.

I had salt and pepper chicken, curry sauce and chips. It was a bit pricey at nearly £10 and the 50p card payment charge tipped it over the the £10 mark.
I ate this on my own although it would early have been enough for 2 people - I only ate half the chips and froze the the rest for another day.

Think it might be under new ownership as the quality of the food has gone up significantly in the last 6 months or so. It was always an OK place to get Chinese takeaway food but there were several places which were better, if less convenient. Now, however, I'm not sure there's anywhere locally that's much better for Chinese takeaway food or Fish and Chips, which are also much better than they used to be.
They finally accept card payments as well.

This is the best Chinese in York. Have used it for years . The place is spotless and the portions are huge , the food quality top notch - total value for money 💰. Totally recommend it .

This is by far the BEST Chinese and fish and chip shop in the UK. Quick service and amazing food. Love the chicken curry from here, always packed with flavour. Staff are great too!
