This is a recently opened restaurant located on Burton Stone Laned in York. We went in to order a takeaway and we're very impressed by the great food and service.

Best Indian in York. Great selection of dishes including some a bit more interesting than standard takeaway options. Great value and mainly its consistent, food is always great.

Ordered a Chicken madras and rice and four papadoms . And it was delicious , very tasty . Speedy service . The restaurant looks very up market and tidy . Will be booking a table here after the lock down . Highly recommend that you visit here for an amazing Indian cuisine experience.

We just had a take away delivered from Voyjon Spice in Burton Stone Lane. It was Superb & Amazing.
It was not greasy, not over hot, it had layers of flavour. There was enough for two, without us feeling uncomfy.
Only the Raita that came with bhaji wasn't eaten, it was really nice, but very minty - maybe too minty I felt for the two curries we chose.
I had the two onion bhajis which were great, very tastey & crunchy.
The pilau rice we shared was lovely well cooked, to soak up the beautiful curry sauces.
My wife had a plain nan, she said it was light, puffy, not greasy & when it came it was very hot.
We shared two chef special curries,
Anarkali Murgh & Lajaweb Murch. They were both superb curries & we'd have them again. We both loved them neither of us could choose one over the other, they were both lovely.
Voujon Spice deserves 5 star reviews on google, they are 5 stars for quality, taste, price & friendliness of the staff.
Voyjon Spice say on their take away menu that they offer the Finest Asian Cuisine in their restaurant & their take away food.
We must agree it is superb, probably the best Indian Meal I've ever had in York. We will regularly order take always now & after lock down will be using the restaurant.

Just had a takeaway from Voujon Spice on Burton Stone Lane. My husband had a tikka rogan gosh and I had a chicken bhuna both meals were first class. Definitely recommend

Have been using this as our primary Indian takeaway since November and are yet to be disappointed. Quality of food for the price is unmatched, delivery is always fast and the drivers are friendly.

THE BEST INDIAN IN YORK!!! Easily the best Indian food I've had in York. We live locally and were so happy when Vijon Spice opened. Friendly staff, tasty hot fresh food, so delicious. We have been many times now, takeaway and dined in and have never been disappointed. Highly recommend! Staff are always willing to make food recommendations which is great. If you haven't been, try Vijon Spice you'll love it 😍
