We go here a lot and really like it. I sometimes feel that there aren't enough serving staff, but this could be down to people not turning in for work. The staff are kind, friendly and always even going the extra mile. They went to the shop to buy a pencil sharpener so the kids in our party could colour in. They always give you the best deal available to you too. �

Myself 2 daughters and my Granddaughter went yesterday afternoon the male staff who greeted us was amazing very welcoming couldn't do enough for us our waitress was also amazing polite and attentive and the food was lovely we really enjoyed our afternoon and will be returning

Lynette and her staff took great care with us last night. Food was better than most other Premier Inn restaurants. There is a fee to park..

this was my fitst time having a breakfast. the unlimited breakfast was really nice and the fact that you can choose it as you want it and how much was definitely a winner. Really worth a try, I will definitely be going back.

This is our second visit to the Glass House. This time was for an 84th birthday & as every time before our experience was great. We returned because the staff always seemed to put our needs first. I would always recommend this venue any event x

Well it’s not a michelin star restaurant is it, it’s mainly there to serve the hotel and the meal deals are fairly good. A few things on the menu are really quite good such as cauliflower bites. The staff do try hard here and are friendly as you would expect in the S Yorks area

Good friendly atmosphere. Cosy booths for private dining - like you have the place to yourselves. Prices getting dearer as they head towards the high end of the market, which isn't always a positive. Main meal acceptable, desert was lovely.
