Best dining experience I’ve had in a long time. The restaurant had a pleasing, calm atmosphere. Our server Amy was fantastic and made us feel welcome - nothing was too much trouble. The food was absolutely incredible. We chose the Sunday dinner and it was one of the best roasts I’ve had. A credit to Rowan and Jamie.

Arrived after a horrendous car journey in the storms to be greeted by Ebony who was super friendly and very patient explaining the meal deal in detail and showing me the wine available. She put me at ease and had me relaxing in moments. Thank you Ebony! Well done to the team. The food was basic but tasty. The wine was lovely! ☺️

A great atmosphere and welcoming staff and had a nice experience and the food was affordable and delicious. Special attention was made to ensuring we were comfortable and the starters were wonderful, the chicken wings were tasty and of an outstanding quality, the mains were of a high quality and the taste was phenomenal. Fantastic service from the staff as we were seated promptly, the waitress Kelly was friendly, attentive and responded quickly to additional requests for our food. Overall it was an outstanding experience and we will definitely return because of the amazing time we had, and my stepfather and mother were very satisfied with the service from the employees, particularly Kelly who was phenomenal throughout and a delight to be served by.

Food was lovely, standard pub grub but you can tell the chefs take pride in their work. Hot food well presented and tasty, what more could you ask for. The server, siobhan was so lovely, helping my very elderly mother in law from her seat and back again! The young Lad on the bar, harrison was great with the kids too and gave my youngest a quid for the toy machine. Can't fault anything at all

Waited a while for food there was 4 of us 3 had the same meal all was cold, peas was hard my daughter got shell in her egg, not busy at all only 2 in aswell as us, told waiter about it said I will see what I can do went to pay and nothing not even a apology AVOID. To top it all off 2 of us have had a bad stomach.

As I am partially sighted, I received a shock when I was asked if I wanted a menu in large print or braille. Not many places do this. The food prepared by Chef Andy was absolutely amazing. Very tasty and worthy of 5 stars. Whatever you do, don't lose that chef! The staff were also 5 star making sure our meal and drinks were perfect, and catered to our needs. They are friendly and polite. I really enjoyed having a meal out and I must admit, I will be back shortly. May have to make this a weekly outing.
