Wow ! I’ve just enjoyed lunch with a friend, it was fabulous ! Great food and the hotels decor is gorgeous . A special mention regarding Lee who has to be the friendliest and most lovely member of staff ! I was sat alone at reception waiting for my friend and Lee popped over to see if I was ok and we winding up having a wonderful little chat ! Thankyou so much ! That’s what hospitality is all about - we will definitely make it our little lunch date place due to Lee and also Debbie ! Many thanks 🙏

We stayed at this hotel following our wedding last October. The bridal suite was absolutely magical and definitely worth the wait! The grounds are stunning and peaceful. All of our other guests were also very happy with their rooms, and couldn’t compliment the staff enough. Our own experience was that the staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, the rooms and general areas of the hotel were clean and the breakfast was delicious! While it is a little more on the expensive side, you more than get what you pay for and we would absolutely recommend this hotel! 😊

I personally didn't stay here but my fiancé's Dad and his wife did. They've stayed many of times and we've met up with them their a few times over the past few months. Food is really nice staff are friendly and even though it's in Birmingham/Solihull you forget you're in the city as it's so tranquil. We got to go in their room which looked lovely. If we ever needed to would happily stay here myself
