Amazing! The best service. Smooth coffee and the food was perfect! Eggy bread with bacon and extra spinach, a taste sensation I can highly recommend. I can whole heartedly say this place is the place to be. And the staircase is beautiful too!
Came in for a coffee and a slice of cake and it was a delight! Friendly and knowledgable staff helped make my decision simple, easy and quick! I had a strong flat white, which helped perk me up and a brownie for an afternoon sugar fix, which is arguably the best coffee shop brownie I've eaten in Birmingham. Made in house too according to the waitress who served me.
Overall, great service and look forward to a return visit for some actual food.
My boyfriend took me here after recommendations from his friends. We both loved the place. The food, was surprisingly one of the best meals I’ve had in England. The portions were a lot bigger than I expected. The ambiance was pretty. The servers were nice as well. Would definitely recommend going there. I can totally see it being our regular date place.

I was very happy that my friends brought me here. It's a very nice place to have breakfast with quite fantastic vegan options. Together with tea and the smoothies, it's a blast!
The atmosphere is very pleasant, the service works quickly and is friendly. Ordering via mobile phone is a bit unusual, but works well. I hope to have such a good breakfast here again one day.
Lovely warm welcome on arrival. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Food was delicious, tried a large number of dishes off the menu and they are consistenly fresh and super tasty. Always a really good experience. Dog friendly to the point that they'll even bring your pooch a bowl of water and some treats.
It's always an enjoyable experience here! I came here for my birthday and brought 2 friends with me and we had a lovely time! They had never been here before, but they are now converts as they thoroughly enjoyed all the food we ordered. They particularly enjoyed the pile of hash browns but were full of praise for the The boss breakfasts that we all had.

A fantastic experience, friendly staff, great decor and above all marvelous drinks, cakes and hot food. Lots of areas to work, plenty of room to be social and in good weather a great area out front (albeit not that far from the traffic).
Nice place with good food. I had the eggs royale which was cooked perfectly and the poached eggs were really nice and cooked to the way I like it. Drinks were ok nothing special but service was lacking. The food is great and the place is really nice and clean with great atmosphere for the whole family. It's just let down by the lack of service and attention from staff. Would highly recommend for food however.

Tried brunch here for the first time today. I like the open decor inside with plenty of natural lighting. Brunch tasted great and arrived quickly. Service was friendly. Would definitely visit again.
