Khan Saab Chef Village

The food was very nice and reasonably priced. Naan bread was excellent and presented nicely. I would say that the chickpeas are a bit oily, but maybe that is the correct way traditonallly. The upstairs area was also quite messy and could to with some refurbishment to improve the atmosphere. Anyway, I enjoyed my meal and would gladly return. Thanks

Food is excellent. Enjoyed the chicken balti with, Nan with fresh salad,. My son enjoyed the chicken burger with fries. Place is nicely presented with helpful and politely mannered very nice towards my disabled children. Thank you highly recommended to go and we family will return soon. A group of 5 of us rocked up just as they were closing on Sunday night. We were graciously hosted by the male and female chefs who were clearly tired and waiting to eat their own late dinner. Nevertheless they served up the last of their lamb karahi and even offered their own karahi that they were about to eat. The nans were hot and fresh, the freshly made lamb karahi took a good twenty minutes plus to prepare but it was worth the wait and hanger! It was juicy and full of flavour (Spicy with lots of black pepper and thick sauce). The accompanying sauces were delicious. The highlight was the afghan boneless lamb bites not sure their exact name but they were on point. The chicken karahi also packed a punch loads of fresh flavours and again thick sauce that just makes you clean out the karahi bowl. I would definitely recommend giving this place a try; appearances can be deceiving!
