The manager was extremely polite. If you’re a new customer, she helps you choose something you’ll enjoy. All her suggestions were EXCELLENT. Quality and price was very good too. By far the best in Birmingham. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS SPOT ON.
This place use to sell bubble tea only. They now have noodles!!! Not only they have noodles, they have so many varieties, I'm spoiled with choices. I have tried so many noodles in different places but I have to say this is by far the best noodle I have ever had. The fish tofu topping is definitely one of my favourite!!! Under this weather, I wouldn't mind having some hot food to keep me warm. This is now my canteen for the coming winter months.
Super friendly staff who will recommend you the perfect flavours of bubble tea. We had a lovely eat-in experience and would definitely come back. Good value for money and clearly much effort was put in when creating my drink. Definitely the best bubble tea in Birmingham, well worth a visit.
Best bubble tea I've ever had!! And very reasonable price. There are also delicious Korean style noodles on the new menu. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They can advise you which type of drink you would like.
What can I say about this place that hasn't been said before. The tea's are delicious and very filling. They offer good prices considering most modern tea houses charge a lot of money for bubble tea nowadays. This is a cute little tea shop and has a comforting and welcoming environment around it. The food is also freshly made and very well done- I would definitely recommend trying the food too. The menu has a large variety of things from normal drinks of tea to unique bubble tea. As well in the shops they offer Asian snacks that you can buy. Overall, I would highly recommend that you come here and try the experience for yourself. The staff are so sweet and welcoming and very helpful. There is fast service and it really is wonderful.

I went here for the first time today and had such a lovely experience! I haven’t drank much bubble tea before and the lady serving me took time to explain the different types and flavours. I went with Thai bubble tea with tapioca and it was delicious! I will definitely be visiting again.

Amazing tea, i wanted to write this because the care taken when making them is obvious, flavour was great and the little jellies were cut into stars! Amazing, very happy. Might be a bit on the expensive side but they put the extra effort in. If you want to orde bubble tea delivery, definitely choose them, they still have bobas!

Lovely and polite customer service. Authentic and homely feel to the place. Lovely bubble teas. The ramen was warming and flavoursome which our son really enjoyed. Will certainly be back!
