Arby's

Horrible customer service from the manager. It was very busy which I know personally that it can’t be helped. I have about 8 years of fast food service under my belt but I try to be understanding. I waited 20 mins before I got to the box. Once I reached the box I said hello 2-3 times with no response or acknowledgment, so I assumed maybe the speaker or headset went out. Waited 10 mins before I reached the window. I explain I just wanted ONE milkshake and but no one would take my order. She was getting an attitude, yelling you need to go drive back around and order at the box. The line was already ridiculously long and I wasn’t gone wait when they didn’t follow protocol. Believe me I know it gets difficult in drive through but it only takes a sec to tell the customer one moment please. She rudely mocked me to one of her employees as if I didn’t hear. She needs to be reported to corporate. More than likely I won’t come back to this location.

I’m all about being fair and understanding when it comes to fast-food service because I know it’s not the most fun job to be working, but this was awful. We waited for 15 minutes in drive-thru for our order to be taken (we were the only car there) then we were greeted by the rudest person I’ve ever encountered at the window. After asking for sauce we were told “it’s in the bag.” Spoiler alert, it was not in the bag. Neither was the correct order! Bad food, even worse service.

Horrible service. This one star is beyond generous. We got laughed at and they weren’t even trying to be discreet? I wouldn’t mind if they were just flustered because they were so busy but we were their only customers, they didn’t even have drive through customers. We all got rudely excused from the tables so they could clean it. I don’t mind moving for them to clean it, it was the way they went about telling us. I’m not picky but im never coming back to this location again.

I and my spouse had a mixed experience. The drive through Representative, was nice and friendly enough. (She gets a 5 star for service). However, the food itself was the problem, we had seen commercials on TV while at the hotel showing beautiful Arby's Ruben Sandwiches, nice looking meat and sadwich in general, However, the sandwich she got looked as if the meat was over cooked, and the sandwich was warm not hot, (my fries, and my Brisket was cold when I got back to hotel to eat), 5 minutes Away! We went due to the pictures of the Sandwiches on the Arby's commercials, I was a fan, since child hood, my wife hadn't been there before, she is from a place where the Delicatessen's are king! And this experience really turned her away from wanted to get Sandwiches from Arby's again. If they cant get the taste right, at least get the presentation right! She claims it is false advertising now!
