Today I ordered a number 5. They charged me for my extra cheese and extra meat and didn’t put any cheese on my nacho grande nor hardly any meat . So when I ask for a refund the young lady became very ugly with me and told me I wasn’t getting a refund . They should be shut down at this location . I lost out on money but I believe in what goes around comes around she will get what she deserves for being so mean and not respecting a customer wishes .

I have been turned away multiple times trying to get two seperate orders at the drive thru. They will not accept 2 payments when they are short staffed. There is no reason for this and shows a lack of problem solving. This taco bell is terribly managed.

everything ordered was completely wrong and over cooked. was out of everything and said my combo had to be made the way it come that I could not request to add or remove anything on the items. to top that off they couldn't even make it the way they said it had to be. lol its a joke the past 3 times made me never want to go again.

Everytime I order burritos, hardly anything in them. If you like just eating a empty tortilla, then you'll love the burritos. Ordered the new hot ranch steak fries and the order was like 8 fries, I think I got someone's leftovers.

I went through the drive though and ordered a cravings box and 2 cheesy gordia crunches. Got home and realized that my cravings box "everything put into one bag" consisted of a burrito. Went back and they corrected it by giving me my box
Went back home and realized the cheesy gordia crunches were just chalupas...now I will forever tell all my friends, family and followers to never go to the taco bell in forestdale. They had two people at the drive through window and couldnt figure out a basic order...do better

no tomatoes on anything or sourcream on softoco sepreams got new 5$ box didnt give the cheese sauce, and the wrap was double with mabe a scoop of meat. was not worth 30.00 i spent. went to get mexica pizza. but sold out.

Worst Taco bell. Went there during happy hour and they charged me full price for the slushes and didn't even put chicken in my chicken burritos. Why can't we get good businesses in Forestdale.

Should have not went back to this pace, just trying to see if it was any better, NOT. I will do this to my self again. I tried to call back to speak to a manager line stayed busy
