Fantastic service , Superb mango lassi. Especially the guy who has served us was a superman.... to be honest he served us in a very friendly manner.... thought we are like a family..... recommended
Never have I been disappointed with chaiiwala's food. Usually go for brunch and I have been to all the ones in Birmingham. Their halwa is one of my favourite dishes along with their cinnamon chai.

“Absolutely love this place! The atmosphere is cozy, the staff are super friendly, and the chai is always perfect. Their snacks are fresh and delicious too. One of the best spots in Birmingham to relax with friends and enjoy authentic chai. Highly recommend!”
Unfortunately almost every time we go we miss the pink tea as they don't have it. Most be too popular. Toilet always seem to be out of order. This is the second restaurant where the toilets are out of order. Seems a regular occurrence.
