This pub is our local. From where it was, to where it is now; is truly amazing. Great food, great beer, vibrant design and friendly staff. Super happy with the results.

We booked the venue for a family wake, Emma was my contact, and she was so good with responding to the emails quickly with the information requests. we even changed the date and time, and nothing was too much trouble. The venue was perfect for us, the staff were very helpful, and the food was lovely, we had left overs more because our numbers changed and I did not want to muck the team around, but the food was so nice some of the family left with takeaway packs.

I took my friend to The Hart for Sunday lunch and I have to say the food was delicious, a huge portion of meat, veg and roasties... The atmosphere was warm and welcoming and staff friendly and attentative. Definitely one of the best roasts I've had in Brighton and bonus being on my doorstep...👍❤

I previously left a pretty critical review based on my historical experience of the Harty vis-à-vis where it was at the time a few months ago which I've deleted. However, I went there tonight. It was very inviting. Everything worked as it should, It was as busy as it every really was on a Saturday night and I had a nice time. I'm personally going to go more and happy to eat my words. My previous review was based on a strong historical emotional attachment and, on the basis of my recent experience. that is reinvigorated.

What a great pub, open fire all day, super friendly staff and the roast was amazing. Had the nicest short rib ever!!!!! Great atmosphere and an amazing Sunday out. Thanks guys xx
