Easy to be among your top5 pubs of Brighton. Different from others, food is a good selection of Scandinavian and some sort of adapted dishes, not that many beers but imported, and the pub is in a great location.

My favourite little bar in Brighton. Good selection of bottled beers, and always at least one interesting draft offering. Amazing selection of flavoured vodkas and gins, as well as some speciality offerings - definitely try the glögg if you're here around Christmas.
Wonderful Nordic food on a seasonal menu, well-priced, served incredibly quickly.

I went to this pub, and had a mackerel fillet dish, which was absolutely spectacular. It was one of the tastiest fish dishes I have ever had.....I need to go back and eat it again!

A fantastic respite from the tourist centre of Brighton! Somehow this place has retained its own sense of style and, importantly, culture amidst the generic pubs of the lanes.
