We had the afternoon tea on a Saturday & it was beauuuutiful! The food was so tasty (especially the sausage rolls, chicken sandwich & opera cake) & the service was top notch - thank you George!

Came for breakfast and can’t believe I’ve never been here before! Blown away by the fabulous customer service! Good choice was great, something for us all. Atmosphere was nice! Loved the vibe! Definitely heading back here soon! Little hidden gem for sure :-)

Came here at the weekend to use the bookable private space upstairs for a celebration. The venue were so flexible and accommodating, and very reasonably priced when compared with some of the other spaces available for private hire in Brighton. We spent three hours there, played games and drank their delicious cocktails. We just felt completely at ease there and everyone had a great time.

One of the best cafes in the area to work remotely. Pros: - Amazing wifi that hit up to 80mbps download! - A ton of seating, looks way bigger than you think. There's an outdoor terrace with lots of seating, seats downstairs and upstairs. Plenty of power ports available. - While we were here, there weren't too many people so you can find a place to take work calls if needed - Selection of standard coffee drinks, teas, and hot chocolate (could use some funner drink selections) - Morning pastries availability (wish there was more variety and quantity though) - Nice, friendly customer service. You order at the register and then they bring the order to your seat Cons: - The food is pretty mediocre and I wish there were more options on the menu including drinks and food. The morning items are pretty similar variations of eggs and bread. The shakshuka was basic and tasted like it came from canned tomatoes and didn't come with enough bread. Could also use smaller, cheaper food items that are more like snacks versus meals. - There was a woman in the kitchen who was very loud with her music and singing, and she seemed to be shouting while talking to others. It was a bit disruptive. - We weren't able to use our VPN on their wifi which we needed for work.

Went in for breakfast on a Saturday morning but plenty of tables available (it's much bigger than it looks!) The staff were lovely and the venue had really good vibes - dog friendly too. We had a pastry (home-made and delicious), and a full breakfast which was very tasty. Would definitely recommend.

Saw this new cafe and popped in for a quick drink. Decor is nice and staff are friendly. They even had a secret back garden unfortunately the lights were not working otherwise a really nice hidden garden. I don’t think many people know this place yet as it was not very busy when we came but hope that will change in the future. Need to come back to try their food.

Small plates dinner. Nice vibe, friendly staff. Food was good, really decent portion sizes for sharing. The salmon was served in the most delicious broth! Cod and beans were also excellent, although both fish would have been perfect if the skin was crispy! Would happily return, hopefully for a roast next time as often hear them being mentioned. Thanks!

The Sunday roast is the best thing I’ve tasted in Brighton. I ordered the beef cheek and it was so tender it melted in my mouth. The staff were helpful and friendly as well. Highly recommend and remember to book in advance!

The taster menu was absolutely gorgeous, and the wine pairing perfect. All meat was beautifully cooked, especially the pork belly. Post House Brighton is the perfect spot for a cosy date night or somewhere impressive to bring someone visiting.
