I decided to try a new place today and I'm really disappointed. The pizza is just not good. Period. The crust had a stale taste and it was overly loaded with cheese to the extent it was just runny and gross. Definitely not ordering from Sophia's again

My first time ordering from this pizzeria I definitely won’t be doing that again banged on my door so hard that family an friends we’re startled then the delivery person proceeded to try to open my house door when I called an told them about it they screamed at me

I love Sofia's , is my Favorite Pizza Restaurant in Bristol , and I never have a problem with the food , with communication and delivery.

Don't order boneless wings. You can get better boneless wings from the frozen isle. It's almost shocking they would even sell these.

I ordered this pizza NOT knowing there was bleu cheese on it, I am allergic. So I called and just asked for a refund or if they could make me one without bleu cheese. The woman answering the phones was extremely rude and disrespectful. She said “how am I supposed to refund something when that’s how it is”. Never ordering here again. First and last time

I ordered a LARGE Pizza extra cheese to be delivered. When i opened the pizza, the cheese was off the pizza. I called and complained, and they did nothing. They said the driver probably rushed to my house. Might as well just ignore this place. There service is terrible.
As another note** This review was based on my first experience. My second experience, I did a pick up. Not only was there place of business very unsanitary, but customer service is just not there! They still managed to screw up a simple large cheese pizza but putting sausage on it? Wow so bad!
