Burger King

My daughter and I stopped for lunch and to try the Impossible Burger. We were greeted promptly by a friendly and professional associate and our order was prepared correct, promptly and fresh. To our surprise, the Impossible Burger was delicious! The texture was almost indistinguishable from a regular burger, the flavor was excellent with practically no fat and no animal had to suffer. Burger King has surpassed my expectations with the Impossible Burger.

I love Burger King food. That being said, I will not ever go back to this store . I live have lived one mile from this store since before it opened many years ago. It has fallen into major disrepair. Major water leaks in the roof of the dining room have been that way for a long time. Do not understand why health dept. has not shut them down. The place is in bad shape. If the owner of the restaurant has so little regard for the structure, then he surely doesn't care about the safety of his customers when it comes to food quality and sanitation. I don't blame the employees, I'm sure they are doing best they can with what they have to work with, which obviously isn't much. Shame on the owner !!

So the BKs in this area are generally sketchy looking. (The Abingdon one is nice though) but this one is the most crusty looking from the outside. Despite the outward appearance, we had always had great food and service. However, this particular location has not weathered this pandemic well at all. This last visit was our final attempt. As soon as the drive thru window opened I was overwhelmed by fresh cigarette smoke smell. No one who was working was wearing any sort of face covering. The food was okayish. Burnt hash browns. Last time we got the wrong order and the hashbrowns tasted like they were cooked in old oil. We’ve tried getting breakfast here 4 mornings since June, each one being some sort of new disaster, but seeing the lack of concern for their own and others health today was the last straw for us.

This place is disgusting. There were roaches crawling around mice droppings and the bread had looked like a mouse had nibbled on it. We came in the evening and the manager was wearing jogging pants and looked like they had just crawled out of the bed. It took us forever to get our food and no one seemed to even be interested in actually doing there job but to only socialize with other employees. I will never go back to this place and will definitely be contacting their corporate headquarters to inform them of the quality of their employees at Exit 5 in Bristol, Va. Burger King.

I like burger king but this one store was not good. All of our onion rings were not hot and you could tell that they had been sitting there a bit the inside of them were cooked up crispy all the way through. Bathrooms need a lot of repair, run down building. I would never stop there again. I spent 27.00 for just 3 people which wad rediclous.
