Had a nice day in Cardiff but I was beginning to feel a bit grouchy I needed a coffee fast so popped into Costa opposite the Jury's Inn hotel for a quick one and something to eat as hunger pains were showing but one small gripe Costas gluten free range is mineute if not none existent a chocolate brownie is all they could offer pretty sad really a big chain like them and a chocolate brownie is all they can do. CAN DO BETTER .
Great morning tourist breakfast place! As a tourist in Cardiff i was searching a place to eat breakfast. I chose Costa Coffee because they open at 0730am. Fortunately i enjoyed the experience. I had a Medium Latte, a ham and cured cheese sandwich which they heated up for me, and maple and hazelnut blondie bar. The staff was wonderful, clean location, comfy environment, and everything was tasty! . I will return if i get the Chance!
We visited this Costa on a Monday morning. There were quite a few other customers here at the time but there were still plenty of tables available.
The staff at the till were very friendly and helpful and we were very happy with the drinks they made. Prices were a little high but comparable with similar city centre coffee shops and chains.
As someone who can't drink caffeinated drinks for health reasons, I am always pleased with the decaf options Costa provides at no additional cost.
Love their chai latte, nice atmosphere for studying and having some hot drinks. I went twice in two days.
A nice place to sit down for a cup of tea/coffee and something sweet or savoury to eat, slap bang in the middle of Cardiff. Usual reasonably priced food and drinks you'd expect from Costa. No photo as I only had a cup of tea.
My favourite place. I just love this comfy place catching up with all my friends. Amazing coffee and my favourite cake is lemon cake, i usually go for a chicken wrap and I love their croissants with butter and jam
Great service, was clean. The staff were very helpful and friendly. My coffee was made perfectly. The only downside is the regular toilets are up a pretty step set of stairs.
Best Costa in Town. Very professional staff including Courtney who was very welcoming and nice. The caramel frostino was delicious 👍 will definitely revisit.
Couldn't fault a thing hot chocolate and millionaire shortbread was lush, staff were chatty and friendly. Shop fully stocked and clean.
Coffee bar in the centre of Cardiff great for people watching. Seats outside, good choice of drinks and food.
Absolutely love Costa in Queens Street the staff are so kind and friendly. I would especially like to thank the young lady who on Friday 16th December gave me a mug of hot water to warm my hand around she really was so sweet to do that. I cannot fault anything or anyone there they deserve such big thanks.
