Lovely ice cream and in a nice spot over the water with views across Cardiff Bay. We took our eldest here for a birthday treat as he’s obsessed with ice cream and it didn’t disappoint.
The children’s ice cream sundaes are a manageable size. The strawberry and white chocolate waffle that I ordered was absolutely gorgeous.
The coffee’s good here and they have decaf at no extra cost. There’s also vegan options. We’ll most definitely be back!
Staff super friendly. Quick service. Small menu but well done. Tables clean. No toilets though amd outside area plagued with birds. Great views.
Nice clean and friendly restaurant with a good view of the Cardiff bay. Prices were cheap for what is being sold and it was a great place to spend a Sunday evening, would 100% recommend to anyone if you are in the area
There are plenty of seats inside and outside if you wish to dine in or the takeaway for ice cream outside of the store. Really quick service by the staff, i ordered a Proper Mint Sundae and it arrived within 10 minutes and tasted great. Enjoyed it
Vegetarian options are available and multiple milk options/dairy requirements are available but you need to ask the staff directly if you want any changes to your order
The food here was gorgeous and well presented! Ordered one of their sundaes and it was the nicest ice cream I have had. Would definitely recommend people to come here to eat on a day out and will be returning here for a treat very soon!
Beautiful banana milkshake made with banana ice cream. Highly recommend a visit to this parlour. Wheelchair friendly indoor and outdoor tables.
Took our 5 year old grand son to the Bay and suddenly found ourselves on Cadwaladers drinking delightful lattes, whilst our youngest had bubble gum ice cream and some crisps. Location fabulous with great views, prices very good for the location and service, cleanliness and quality of what we had was superb. It was of course helped by fantastic weather today. Definitely a place we will look forward to returning to.

Love this place, been twice so far and will definitely go back when I'm in the bay area. The bara birth here is outstanding, the Welsh cakes, tea and sandwiches are delicious. Not expensive either. Staff are friendly and helpful. No toilets, have to use the ones at mermaid quay

Really nice ice cream. £4.50 for an adult tub and a babies tub. A bit expensive but understandle being in such a prime location with amazing views.
The staff were really friendly, complementing my Daughter and giving my Grandaughter some crayons while we waited.
A really nice treat and I look forward to sampling more of the menu.
