Always enjoy a Costa. The drinks are tasty, reasonably priced and the sizes are generous - be warned a large is very large! I've popped in here a few times whilst walking in the Bay for sit-in and takeaways. The service is quick and staff are really friendly. Recommend to anyone looking for light refreshment in the Bay.

Its a Costa...overpriced drinks and snacks so conveniently placed you can't avoid them! The staff were super friendly though.

Good cup of coffee in the middle of a cold rainy day.
Place was kept clean and the staff made sure that they only took dine ins when there tables available and cleaned as well.
All in all run by people who enjoy their job and take pride in their workplace.

The amount of information that the staff have to remember, and complete the orders is awesome. The coffee is good and is possibly taking over the world, dominating with the branding

For such a busy area in Cardiff, this store always seems rather quiet. Perhaps it was the time of day I went. But conversely it means that getting served and having the drink you want doesn't take too long. Staff were friendly and helpful as always. The reason behind 4 stars if that I feel the drinks are slightly overpriced compared to the average coffee shop, but I appreciate you're paying for the name.

Nice little Costa tucked away on Cardiff Bay.. Had a late lunch of a cheese toastie which was as always a nice treat. Not a large Costa but seating enough for those who don't want a takeaway
