Food was very nice with an unexpected twist with tapas.

I recently dined at Medusa, and it was quite the experience… From the moment we walked in, the service was exceptional. Both the waitress and the male bartender/waiter were attentive and friendly throughout our meal.
One of the highlights of our visit was the delicate touches that added a touch of magic to the evening. As we were seated, liquid nitrogen was used to create a captivating display, setting the tone for a unique dining adventure. Additionally, the inclusion of flowers with the bill was a lovely and unexpected gesture that left a lasting impression.
As for the food, we tried the 5 bean quesadilla and nachos. Both dishes were a delight – fresh and bursting with flavor. The only minor drawback was the somewhat limited menu options, but what they did offer was executed beautifully. The salt and pepper fries were also a standout, perfectly seasoned and crisp.
In summary, Medusa is a great little spot for a memorable dining experience. The service, attention to detail, and quality of the dishes make it a place worth visiting, despite the limited menu options. I'll definitely be returning for another enchanting evening at Medusa.
Great food and the gentleman servicing our table was very polite. It was around 12.15 on a Saturday, so the place was empty, but I imagine with a few more people this place would be amazing.
What a fabulous little gem. Hidden away in Carlyle Court it is definitely worth a visit. The menu is large enough to cater what you may be craving. We love tapas and the Mexican influence is a great addition. The good is delicious and the portions are generous, especially the loaded fries. Too much for just me and him 😊
Will definitely be back soon as we had a wonderful night. Friendly staff and tasty cocktails.
Had a great meal here as a birthday treat, soft shell tacos for my wife enchilada for my daughter, and a very, very nice lamb burger for myself. The food was perfect. The service, likewise. The background music I felt was a bit too loud for my liking as I find it difficult to hold a conversation across the table, but that is more due to my age and hearing. All in all, I had an excellent experience, and I would have no hesitation in recommending Medusa for a good meal and nice surroundings
What can I say, if I had more stars Medusa would get them, food was out of this world 🌎 best dining experience for a long time, wish I had pictures of mains but was too desperate to get tucked in! Service from the staff is one of the best I've experienced, full atmosphere and experience is amazing 👏 whole heartily recommend for family, singles, office dos and hen party's. Dessert 🍨 well one bite your eyes automatically close its that delicious. If you are in carlise defo give it a try ❤
We went for lunch and had a great time. Upon entey we were seen to quickly and we had a great table close to the bar. The staff were really friendly and patient with us when orders drinks as there was a good variety of alcoholic drinks (beer, cider, wines, spirits, cocktails and mocktails). The food was very good and was served as it was cooked rather than all together. If you lobe chilli then you can ask for it to be hotter, if not then milder. It is a nice place to eat for 1, 2 or many more. Also good to take the kids.

Great place with tasty food and a great atmosphere. Choose from a variety of mexican style dishes, desserts, and cocktails. The staff were very friendly and the decoration of the place is spot on
First off, the lady who served us was very lovely and very accommodating. She made us delicious mocktails as well.
The food was amazing, everything was delicious and so so good. Got 5 dishes and a side for 2 people and we demolished it all. It was that good.
Highly recommended.
Had a lovely time at Medusa on Sunday. Food was great but, as much as I would have like to, couldn't eat it all (big portions!) Had some lovely cocktails too. Service was fantastic - staff were very friendly and helpful. Nice decor and good music. What more could you ask for. Would definitely recommend giving it a try.
