Went to Byrons for lunch yesterday for my stepdaughters birthday. The food is absolutely delicious and the service was excellent. The staff are very friendly. When they realised we were celebrating a birthday they brought the birthday girl her burger out with a candle and sang happy birthday and gave her an Oreo milkshake on the house (it was more like a dessert!!). Yes you will pay more than you would at a fast food place but you get what you pay for and the burgers at Byrons are outstanding and if you go for the lunch meñu it's actually very good value for money. Will definitely be visiting again �
Went here today best burgers around! Had the £10 lunch menu great value for money will definitely be going back even paying full price will be well worth it! Great service, good atmosphere and obviously amazing burgers �
Seated straight away, excellent service. Had the standard beef burger, and was asked how I like it to be cooked. Which was good! Also had sweet potato fries, coleslaw, and vanilla (thick) milkshake. I have to say that was the best burger 🍔 I have had, in a very long time 👍10/10. I really enjoyed all of it, will definitely go again!
The burgers are great! We had the Clucky chicken burger and sweet potato fries. Kids meals were not bad, but the chicken nuggets were completely tasteless and my child did not want to eat them. Super friendly and quick service. Place has a great atmosphere and was really clean.
Came here to try it out after having 50% off with the rare card. I was not disappointed at all, I had the pulled need brisket beef burger with a side order of sweet potato fries and an Oreo milkshake. I left super satisfied and full to the Brim. The hole family enjoys the food and my.wife now will not eat a buyer anywhere else. Would decently regiment it. Also the restaurant is very clean as were the toilets the staff were very friendly and accommodating and I would say that the establishment is very wheelchair friendly.
Fantastic burger, chips and shake, service was great, but one star off for bad tasting chicken nuggets and over-battered onion rings. Stick to the burgers and chips here and it's all good.
Byron where have you been all my life? THICC vegan salted caramel shake and double 'Vegan Byron' burger pictured. Best burger and shake I've ever had in my life, wow! The Chelmsford restaurant is in the cutest place too. Sat outside in the sunshine near the lake. Planning a return trip already..
First visit. Very impressed. Burger was absolutely gorgeous (double bacon cheese) and is cooked front of house. I recommend giving the Byron Pale Ale a go as well. Would definitely return for another visit.
Fantastic service, friendly and approachable staff. The gluten free option is fab and the children's meal options were good. We used an O2 code so the meal for us was great value. As a family of six it is not easy to find a great family venue to visit but Byron's was accommodating and lovely.
Had the Byron Burger here, was very good. The haloumi fries are excellent. And nice milk-shake as well.

I had the mushroom burger and Gangnam fries! Both were very delicious and I would highly recommend them both! I hope the Gangnam fries become a permanent addition to the menu. The service was fast and friendly too! The reason I gave 4 stars rather than 5 was purely due to price. As their burgers come with no sides (not even fries) it can get expensive quickly.
Came as a walk-in on a busy day with 9 people: two kids under 4, two 9-11, and five adults. The lady who received us was professional, friendly and welcoming; she got our table sorted straight away. She knew the wait on food and was attentive to our dietary and seating needs immediately. We were served drinks within about 7 minutes of being seated. We were served and taken care of by a lovely young man named Courtney, who took care of us with patience, good humour and kindness. He knew the menu and was able to suggest what was good. We ordered a range of burgers, sides and fries and everything was good value and tasty. My stepson, 11, had asked for no Byron sauce on his burger. Courtney sorted this quickly and everyone ate at the same time. Outstanding service from everyone, from kitchen to front of house. Thankyou!!
