Mcdonald's

Had breakfast at Boreham interchange today (5th Oct 2023) and I would like to say that nicola who served me has the best customer service skills that I've received in any restaurant, shop, pub, or any other place of retail I've ever visited, what a lovely lovely person, service with a smile whilst under the pressure of being short staffed, kept everyone informed of what was going on and was all in all a very nice person, long may she continue to work there!!!! 10 out of 10!!!

It's mc Donald's what can u say. I ask for 12 nuggets and 4 mc flurrys and the bill was £19 when I went to pay I questioned the price and it turned out they don't sell 12 nuggets so they put it through as two lots of six nuggets. That was probably mainly my fault, but when I asked for 20 nuggets and 4 mc flurrys it came to just over £13. And on top of that when I got the food the mc flurrys were mainly liquid coverd in sauce., you would of thought even mc Donald's staff could get mc flurrys right.

This is the cleanest and most efficient McDonalds I've visited in years! Stopped on a trip to get my son a treat and for once it was an easy and pleasant experience, usually hard to come by in this mega-chain. The manager was cleaning & tidying and actually stopped to ask us and several other customers on the way if everything was OK with our/their food. Really such a rarity!

Well once again we was stuck in a major 3 lane traffic jam. We managed to be bumper to bumper moving very slow managed to turn left off the A 12. At Chelmsford and found Macdonald burger King. We ordered two meals and they was very good. They have been carrying out repairs on the A12 for years . They have been causing serious traffic jams. We was travelling from Kent up to home. We found your Burger King restaurant and enjoyed the meal. Which was very good. It might be good if you put a notice for indicating on the turning on the A12. It would help drivers in many ways.
