Domino's Pizza - Chester - Saltney

Went to the location after getting alert by mail that order is ready for pickup. Had to wait some time before someone acknowledged me. She could not find the order, walked away and ignored me. I had to call someone who seem to manage the place after waiting for some more time and had to show the mail with the item list before he located order in the warmer. The display in the front did not show my order as well. Three star is only because the food was good. Think they don't have enough staff to handle the volume and the ones there are not trained for customer service

Ordered food at 20:20 kept checking my app and it said preparing, it got to 21:20 so I thought I'd ring the store, I rang them 3 times with no answer at all. I had to bike to the store only for them to say oh yeah sorry about that. My food wasn't even being prepared, I had to wait in the store for my food to be made (it was only 1 pizza and some cookies) i was promised a few extras as a "gesture of goodwill" that I never received and I had to bike home one handed carrying everything. Not a great experience not going to lie. I didn't get home until 22:00. I will not be going back

It’s Domino’s pizza. If you like Domino’s then this store is up there, consistently. Good staff, and more importantly if you’re a COELIAC (GLUTEN FREE) their gluten free options are SAFE. My partner is a very sensitive coeliac, often falling ill after eating out/take-a-way. But never here over the past three years. Thank you to all the staff for maintaining high standards in allergy control. Greatly appreciated.

Difficult to give this one a higher review at the moment as the quality control is so varied. We've had delivery from them a few times and it's almost a coin flip whether your pizza will be too thin and falling apart or brilliant as ordered. I think they just have too few staff and not enough training as we've had to wait almost 2 hours in some instances. It's a shame I can't rate of higher as the actual staff in there are very friendly I think there's just not enough of them unfortunately.

This used to be a reasonable pizza place I've ordered from many times in the past with no problem but this Friday was the worst experience I have ever had from any takeaway. Order was placed at 18:16, at 19:12 I rang to query where it was and was passed off by being told they would contact the driver and ring me back. At 19:30 I hadn't heard anything back so contacted them again and was told "it was out for delivery and should be arriving any minute". At 19:41 there was still no sign of the delivery so I rang the store again to query where the order was and was immediately hung up on when I gave the address. At 19:44 I tried again to contact the store and was told they'd tried to deliver the pizza at 7pm but couldn't contact me as they had a different number which they said was my fault. This is completely unacceptable as they have managed to contact me every other Friday that I always order food and my number has not changed. Also if the food was unsuccessfully delivered at 7pm this means I was lied to by both of my subsequent calls after this at 19:12 and 19:30! At 9pm I FINALLY received my food. Despite this completely unprofessional behaviour I was refused a refund.
