Thought Wednesday would be a great day for a dozen donuts for the office. The young fellow that helped me at the window was extremely upbeat and friendly. It was a real pleasure starting my day to such an upbeat friendly person! Just wanted to take the time and acknowledge such great customer service! Thanks

The staff is amazing! For a place that is always out of something, broken machines and short-staffed, they keep it moving. You may not get your latte because the machine is broken or they are out of glazed donuts but you will get amazing customer service and they will do all they can to get you close.
I suggest the owner or regional person get the staff what they need to work. It's not fair to the staff that COME to work and STAY at work to have to deal with huffing and puffing from your customers. Just sayin!

The lady behind the counter seemed irritated that I was ordering coffee and donuts. She spoke over me and couldn't understand what I was saying BECAUSE SHE WAS SPEAKING OVER ME. The coffee did taste good though. I felt rushed and I will likely never visit THIS store again.

Only good for coffee and other like drinks... Hardly any food items to choose from. But all are expensive, seem like more than the other Dunkin.. Just get a beverage!!

Would like that in-store customers take priority for order fulfillment rather than true ordering que which includes online takeout. Ordered in store (was only one there) and waited 10min while I watched 20 peoples orders be made and picked up before mine, all online. I know what I'm doing next time.

Lousy service, 1 strip of burnt bacon, old croissants and cold eggs and cheese. Ordered twice and both times lousy. And to top it off we got ignored for 5 minutes while cashiers held private conversations about their night

😏😳 I paid $2.00 for 5 little smashed and ripped hash browns. Why in this day are companies pulling back and lacking basic customer service and quality absolutely not fair, just wait until I open my spot 😝😉😇
