Cicis Pizza

My daughter and I really like coming to this particular location, especially when the manager is there. I agree with some comments that the buffet is not always adequately supplied, however my family and I usually get a custom pizza as soon as we order, so it normally doesn't adversely affect us. One day we visited and they did not have pasta for the soups, and my little one likes their chicken soup with pasta noodles. When I mentioned it to a staff member, they immediately got to work and had pasta back in the soup bar in no time. The times we are there, we have never had a challenge with plates and bowls being cleared away. Every spot can have a bad day, yet my daughter and I have been coming to this location for a long time....and we plan to continue doing so!

I Love Cici’s (Chester) but every time I go, no matter the time, the restaurant is closed and then with a handwritten sign. Google states you close at 10 but you have a hand written sign on the door stating you closed at 8pm. Which one is it? If you have regular working hours, stick with those hours and stop closing when you feel like it!

Worst experience ever. Ive been coming to this one since it opened but i will never come back. Pizza dough wasnt cooked, place was disgusting. No pizza on the bar 90% of the time I was there. All workers had attitudes. Horrible! And the health department should get involved! Visited December 21 2018 6:00 PM

While dining in the Chester Cici restaurant I overheard a woman telling the manager there was a roach crawling down the wall. He proceeded to tell her they had pest control come and they didn't have roaches. From what I could see she was not asking for a refund she was trying to inform him of the issue and he was extremely rude about it.
