Kfc

I paid $10.00 for a 4piece box with 1 side and a biscuit. The drumstick was smaller than my thumb, the breast was dry as sand, the wing looks like a chick's leg (baby chicken) when I took a bite from the thigh, the skin was like rubber and the meet was dry!!!!!!😡😡😡😡😡 I wasted my hard earned money for this so called "chicken with 1side and a drink meal". I have a picture of it but I can't post it. No wonder the line at Popeyes was long and the line at KFC was readily available. Don't go here!!😡😡😡😡 This place is on the Jeff davis highway a couple of doors down from Popeyes. In Chester Virginia

I went here for lunch break one afternoon and the lady's running the window were awesome. The food was perfect that day as well. I decided to go back and try them again and had another great experience with the staff and the food. It is now my go to spot for lunch. mainly because the lady's that work the window are the best. Customer service is top notch here. The food has always been on point as well not once have I had to feel like the great service was worth the poorly made food. From the food to the service this KFC will always have business. And to the owner don't ever let them lady's on day shift go they are really great people.

So my fiance went thru the drive thru on her way home from work. Told me she was getting KFC and I love KFC but do not eat at this location. The chicken that we could eat of it was bland, ( NO TASTE) and then the only thing I tasted was old cooking oil. Then I opened my piece of breast and it wasn't even fully cooked, meat raw and bloody, My fiance tried calling back to the store with no answer to only finally getting a message that said they closed at 7:30 pm. And looking back at the past reviews I can see it's apparently been this way for a while now and no-one has done anything about it, So we will not be visiting location anymore.

It's my area KFC so we go only because it's close. No one has better customer service than Chickfila, so the bar is set too high. We ate in the dining room and had to clean our table first. The food was decent, but please don't waste your money on the new Cheetos sandwich. My grandson was looking forward to it and was so disappointed.

It's fast food, what do you expect? Some days they're good, some days they're not so good. My issue is with the new guard rail they have installed. There's a wheelchair accessible ramp, which is fine, but they've completely enclosed it with the guard rail, with the open end facing the highway. This means anyone parking in the parking lot has to walk past the entrance and back towards the highway to get around the guard rail and then back up the ramp. It makes absolutely no sense when they could have easily left a space open for people to walk thru directly to the door. In fact, it would have made even more sense to have the wheelchair ramp facing the parking lot and not the highway. Doh!
