Burnt biscuits twice...Ordered 2 biscuits this morning 11/9/21 and before I left the drive thru felt, checked ...hard and burnt. Gave them back to the manager she said she couldn't take them back but can make me 2 to replace them. After about 10 minutes she comes out and I'm on my way thinking I got 2 they way they're supposed to be, get up the road and again burnt biscuits. Everyone (the 3 I saw) sitting in the lobby but can't make sure the biscuits don't burn.

This has been the slowest and most miserable fast food experience of my entire life. I have kids in the car and I want gravy or I would have left the drive through 20 mins ago. I have had uncivil thoughts about all of the other people in line and very not nice thoughts about the poor workers inside. Maybe there are two of them. Maybe all the microwaves are broken. This is how I’ve decided to spend my time and manage my frustration. Coping skills are important like breathing techniques. Never come here.

This place is just so unreal. They need a real store manager who is able to handle the employees in order for the restaurant to be clean and get the job done. So I gave it a two-star rating because the services somewhat okay. But the food was good and hot it's just the service. And that's why they need a store manager to handle the restaurant properly.

Absolutely unacceptable! This place completes one order every 3 hours, the definition of SLOW, they don't value customers or their time. The workers seriously lack customer service skills including upper management! Why are they still open & how? The food is always old and nasty. How do they even maintain the bills. Please do us all a favor and shutdown, make room for someone who appreciates their customers and their job! Only put one star because I had to in order to write the review! 0 stars

Wouldn't waste time here store has poor management skills and if you wake up early they say there open but won't work until 8.. honestly wish they could get zero stars or closed down for a better business that actually works....

Even though there was only one person taking orders at the counter and drive-thru the wait wasn't bad. The food was good and it was hot. The restaurant was clean the floors were a little sticky at the counter but not bad. This was on a Saturday morning they were very busy and they kept the line moving! Customer service was great also.

I would give minus 10 if possible. Waited about 20 minutes for our meals (Pick 5, Big Chkn Combo, & reg. hmbrgr w/only ketchup.) My grandson's burger ordered w/light ketchup only. Got it with everything. Resolved w/no issue. I ordered Big Chicken Combo. Bit into the sandwich and it was a spicy chicken sandwich. Exchanged. Only issue, my mouth burned for about 10 minutes. Then, an elderly, homeless man comes in and w/change, orders a coffee. The girl pours the coffee then asks if he wants it warmed. He replies 'huh?' She repeats. He repeats. She repeats. He leans closer, tilting his head, physically telling her he can't hear well. A bit louder, she repeats. He asks, 'is it cold?' Without answering, she takes it to the back to microwave it. I could tell she was frustrated. I told another cashier to have her bring the coffee back. The girl came back w/the coffee. I asked how old is it (this was 7pm-ish). 'A few hours.' I gave her a pc. of my mind and told her to make him fresh coffee to which she responds, 'I can't be making a fresh pot of coffee every time someone wants it.' Let's just say I didn't take that well. The mgr. came out & started a fresh pot, explaining if customer wants fresh coffee, make a pot. The rude thing responded that 'well, he didn't ask for it.' I again got up from my table and asked her why would a customer have to ask for fresh coffee when she knew it was hours old and she had to microwave it? She literally made a low growling sound and turned away. I told her she needed a different profession. Stay away from the Hardees in Chester, JD Hwy @ Rt. 10.
