Rhino's Restaurant And Lounge

We were optimistic about trying this place due to reviews. We entered facility and it looked like a hostess station at the front so we waited for direction to be seated. We stood there for a bit until someone (presumably another patron) said you seat yourself. So we did. We watched as two servers walked back and to and from the drink station behind us and not once acknowledge us. We waited about 15 minutes and both servers were within sight and no service. Not even a greeting. A notice of delayed service to be expected. Nothing. So we got up and left. Still no acknowledgement. Safe to say I do not recommend it here... basic customer service was missing.

The food is great, the specials are good, and the drinks are strong. I like the atmosphere and the staff. I’ve been here a few times (sometimes you can’t judge a place by the first time) so it’s very consistent. It is a new spot, so there will be hiccups with wait times and inventory, but overall, it’s a nice place to chill, get drinks, and eat some good food.

Sit down with the family to eat. And, an hour later food arrives, for only half of the family. The other half got theirs after the other half had finished eating... so we had to get To Go plates... Food was okay but nothing to brag about. The waitress was very nice but the kitchen was super slow. I probably will not come back........ This isn't the first time this has happened. I give them benefit of the doubt the last time. But, there won't be a third time.
